Price:
Prices include:  bath and bed linens, water and gas consumed, tanning cots and sun umbrellas, internet access wifi, final cleaning.
Prices do NOT include electricity consumed and mobile use.

Payment:
A deposit of 30% of the price must be paid at the time of reservation.  The remainder is to be paid upon arrival.

Reimbursement in Case of Cancellation:
- Cancellation 60 days or more prior to check-in is not penalized, and the deposit will be returned.
- Cancellation between 60 days prior to check-in will result in the loss of the deposit.

Substitution of Villa:
In case of serious and unforeseen circumstances, La Rosa dei Venti reserves the right to substitute the rental property with another of equivalent quality.  In case of circumstances beyond the control of the owners, La Rosa dei Venti reserves the right to cancel the contract and reimburse the deposit and money paid up until the time of cancellation.

Security Deposit:
Upon arrival, the client will pay a security deposit in cash.  The deposit will be restored to the client at the time of departure.

 Arrival, Departure and Conduct:
- Check-in is from 3pm (15.00) until 7pm (19.00).  If clients expect to arrive later than 7pm, they must notify La Rosa dei Venti.
- Check-out is at 9am, and at 8:30am a representative of La Rosa dei Venti will inspect the property.
- Only the number of persons for which the property has been reserved will be given access to the property.
